If you go to this city, you will be amazed to find so many high rises and each floor houses a score of offices in Bangalore. Such is the demand for office spaces in this city that every day a new building is coming up and most of them are for office purpose.

The real estate is quite booming in Bangalore and population is increasing is geometric proportion series as people from all part of the country are coming here to test their luck. The demand for homes as well offices in Bangalore is quite high and in some parts higher than the rest of the country. So, when new entrants look for office space, they want something reasonable. If you don’t want to part with a large sum in the beginning, best way is to start your office in a rented place. Ideally, aspiring entrepreneurs should look for small office space for rent. This will give them opportunity to spend on other avenues like furnishing the space with good terminals, high speed internet, etc. These aspects are equally important when you start your business in a highly competitive zone like Bangalore. You can furnish an empty office space or go for serviced or managed offices too according to your budget.

Don’t forget, several Fortune 500 companies have their offices in Bangalore. Surviving here itself is a challenge and only then you can think of thriving and growing. When you run low on budget, you may not get a prime location for your office. So, don’t wait for one and grab any good space that comes your way even if it is little interior. Make sure the place is well connected to rest of the city and has basic facilities in proximity like food joints, station or bus stand, ATM kiosks etc. Not all offices in Bangalore are located in Koramangala, Brigade Road, Ulsoor or similar places. However, there are certain points where you should negotiate if required. Parking space is one of them. A potential client should not be appalled even before they reach your office and that too for something for which you are not responsible.

A serviced office is a better option to start with because instead of concentrating on mundane details you can concentrate on finer details of your work. A good real estate agent can help you get one good office. You may need to take a tour of offices in Bangalore but eventually you will end up with a good one. Make sure you stick to your budget so that you don’t need to compensate on quality of other things essential to run your business.
